It helps us to not gain excess weight. If we take fresh fruits, juices and sprouts as breakfast it would be more beneficial.

2. Eat Organic Foods

Ayurveda advises us to eat nature-based foods such as spinach, broccoli, lettuce, carrot, bitter gourd etc. These are the best foods to consume and get good health and reduce weight.

Organic foods are full of vitamins and minerals which are important for our health. We should avoid eating packed and preserved foods. They create bad effects on our health.

3. Eat Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables

7. While Eating, Chew Food Properly

According to Ayurveda, we should chew our food properly while eating because 50% of digestion has completed through chewing.

Through chewing, food easily goes in our stomach and do not remain in our stomach for long time. This decreases the chances of overweight and it helps to increase our metabolism.

It is mentioned in Ayurveda that chewing food 32 times in our mouth is enough to digest food properly.

8. Drink Copper Charge Water Empty Stomach

Ayurveda suggest us to drink copper charge water at morning in empty stomach. It is very beneficial to reduce weight and toxins from our stomach. It is also good for our skin as well.

While drinking this water one must keep in mind to not transfer it to any other metal container. Sip this water slowly so you can benefit from it.

9. Drink Amla, Honey Juice in a Week

Amla, ginger, honey and turmeric are natural herbs packed with healing properties. Amla is a great source of vitamin C which helps to reduce weight. It has lots of benefits when consumed. Ayurveda offers us to know about these magical herbs and take advantage from these.

It is a very effective juice for reducing weight. To make this juice take a small glass container, put two Amla and crush them, add a pinch of turmeric, a bit of ginger and one teaspoon of honey. Mix it all and sip it slowly 1 hour before taking morning meal. It will reduce your weight and will show you lots of good healthy results.

10. Have Three Healthy Meals in a Day

When we suffer from overweight, we often avoid one meal or all three meals to reduce weight. However, Ayurveda suggests us to have three times of healthy meals in a day.

Having three meals in a day keeps our body energetic and give nutrients to the body. Avoiding three times meals doesn’t help to reduce weight rather it weakens body energy so that is why we should have proper meal in a day.
