• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation

• Knowledge of FCPA and GBP
• Progressive experience in business and staff management roles
• Expertise in M&A (valuation, due diligence, integration, and disentanglement) (preferred)

Job Description
Philips is looking for a candidate with having relevant degree and eligibility where the qualitative preference is its first priority therefore it is looking for candidates with certain responsibilities and the ability to perform the desired task.
The selected candidate is supposed to play a pivotal role as a strategic business partner to the Market HS and S&RC leaders, actively participating in the Management Team. Drive sound financial decision-making and achieve financial performance targets (P&L accountability) for the Health System & Sleep and Respiratory Care domains. Leverage insights and analytics from FP&A resources to provide meaningful interpretation and decision support, ensuring financially prudent choices.
• Spearheaded growth by establishing and achieving financial and strategic objectives.
• Oversee and manage the strategic and operational (business/financial) planning process (AOP & RoFo) and performance management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive and monitor the delivery of committed results, ensuring timely and effective responses to changes in financial performance, customer preferences, and external factors.
• Optimize functional costs and align them with benchmark levels.
• Actively participate in market Health System & Sleep and Respiratory Care MT to foster strategy development and informed business decisions using financial analysis, modelling, and portfolio management techniques.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory and fiscal reporting.
• Implement optimal funding and financial risk management strategies.
• Foster a robust and efficient internal control environment.
• Execute the Business and Marketing strategy effectively.
• Drive financial performance excellence, including P&L responsibility, market share, growth, and profitability.
• Oversee divestments, investments, and M&A transactions within the country/market, including disentanglement and integration activities.
• Establish and maintain efficient cross-functional infrastructure, engagement, and processes (AccOps, fiscal, Supply Chain, IMS, Real Estate/Facilities, etc.).
• Lead and develop the finance organization, including HR responsibilities.
